• Improving machinery and equipment by 90% to increase assembly efficiency and reduce downtime,

• Working to keep supplier-related errors below 1%,

• Increasing the customer/project ratio by 25% compared to the previous year,

• Not working with subcontractors whose evaluation score is below 75 points in contract work,

• Maintaining customer satisfaction above 90%,

• Providing/arranging at least 20 hours of quality, environmental, occupational safety and health, and on-the-job training per person,

• Reducing natural resource (electricity, water, etc.) usage by 10%,

• Keeping the number of accidents and near misses at “0”, are adopted as company goals.
